Ms. Patel grew up in Central Alabama and received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She started her nursing career at Children’s of Alabama Hospital and remained there for three years before moving to Saint Louis, MO. While in Saint Louis, Ms. Patel continued her pediatric nursing career but decided she wanted to work more closely and collaboratively with her patients and families. Ms. Patel then pursued a Master of Science in Nursing degree at Saint Louis University.

Ms. Patel and her family moved to Dallas, TX in 2011 where she completed her master’s program and became fully certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care in 2014. She had the privilege of working at Children’s Hospital in Dallas at a specialty clinic for four years. Ms. Patel joined Kid Care Pediatrics in Fall of 2024 and looks forward to meeting and working with patients and families.

In her spare time, Ms. Patel enjoys baking anything with sourdough, spending time with her family, and traveling.
